Clients over 250 pounds are limited to the top pad only, at a reduced session rate.
We recommend using the pad 3-4 times a week, daily use is permitted, but not more than one 30-minute session per day. Your body needs to digest and process the red light therapy. Please drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
