Deep Tissue Massage

Relieve headache or migraine tension with this targeted treatment. The use of pressure points and cold stones reduces inflammation and blood circulation around the eyes, temples, and neck. Peppermint and lavender essential oils calm the nervous system allowing the body to fully relax. Naturally alleviate tension quickly when you feel a headache coming on. Enhance this treatment with a full-body massage. An express treatment is also available for 30 minutes.

Oncology massage is the adaptation of massage to safely nurture the body, mind and spirit of anyone who is dealing with cancer, based on compassion and a specialized massage treatment.

This is the only massage available during pregnancy.  Massage helps eliminate the common discomforts of pregnancy: nausea, fatigue, heartburn, headaches, backaches; also helps restore vital balance after delivery. (Contraindications include gestational diabetes, pitting edema, hypertensive or high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, placenta abruptio, DVT.)

Therapeutic pressure to the feet stimulates reflexes throughout the body, helping to clear congestion, activate the circulation of energy, and revitalize and balance the whole body. Performed comfortably clothed.
